The best part of summer is all of the fresh fruit that comes along with it -- unfortunately, sometimes we can't eat all of the fruit as quickly as we'd like. That's when we get the opportunity to make banana bread!
Derek and Mommy spent some time baking together! Mommy told Derek what to measure, and he did
everything (cracking eggs, measuring, stirring) -- everything!

Derek was so proud of his baking, he wanted the ultimate chef to come and try some! So, naturally, we invited Aunt Susie to come over. She was actually impressed and loved how moist and tasty the banana bread was. YUMMY!
