Derek has worked hard all year at learning Mandarin Chinese. Unfortunately, he was sick when his class performed, but his teacher asked him to perform with the other class. He was hesitant, but ultimately he did a beautiful job!
For months Josh has wanted a trundle bed like Derek and Benji....so, on their way back from a party, Daddy, Josh, and Benji picked out this gem from ikea! They model it well, don't they?
The boys wanted to help put together the new bed, so when we started putting it together at 7:30, we figured it would only take an hour. Boy were we wrong! With all of the extra "help" we didn't finish until closer to 10! But, all went well, and all of that work certainly knocked out this little boy:
Did we mention how much Benji loves "Foxy the Wolf"? He insisted on him sitting this way while he slept!
The next morning, Benji was up and at 'em helping Mommy make French Toast for the boys!
But, sometimes breakfast is just not enough of a reason to actually get out of bed!
