Let the Summer Fun Begin!

Summertime in South Florida = many days in the water.  Thus, Benji is back at "reminder" classes for ISR.  He did great!

Benji ISR Refresher

Of course, Miss Liz always encourages us to practice as much as possible at home --- but, since it's been pretty stormy, we've taken to the tub!

But, it's for a good cause, right?

Good friends = Good ideas.  Jamey Eisenberg has taken it upon himself to run an ongoing soccer practice/scrimmage throughout the summer months.  It's a great way for the boys to expel energy, meet up with friends, and learn a great sport!

Of course, after even one hour of summer sun, it is a treat to take a dip in the pool!

It's a good thing Benji took his ISR reminder courses because right after this picture, Derek asked if they could jump in.  So, what happened?  In jumps Derek.  In jumps Joshua.  In jumps BENJI?!  (Derek and Josh know how to swim, but Benji?!?!)....sooooo, in jumped Mommy, too!  But, she waited to see what Benji would do!  He did just as he was trained to do.  He surfaced himself, flipped to his back, and reached for the wall.  Mommy helped him out.  She asked him what he was thinking, and he said, "I don't know!"  Then she asked if he wanted to jump in again -- that was a very firm no!

Guess we're ready for summer fun in the sun!
