Benji - Week 3

We have been lucky to have tons of family and friends here for the past couple of weeks.  Here is the final week of events with extra love and support from our out-of-town guests.

At school, Derek read a story about a bunny and was able to make his very own bunny ears!

Silly rabbit, tricks are for kids!

Bauby M helps entertain the boys during one final visit.  It was SO fun having Bauby and Zaidy in town the past few weeks.

Bubby Linda takes over entertainment duties -- here she is playing hide and go seek with Josh (you can tell from the look on his face that she truly surprised him)!

After a great round of hide and seek, the boys enjoy some bedtime stories with Bubby.

As you can tell, the boys are still enjoying the giraffe!

Mommy's friend Jenny stopped by to meet Benji and play with the boys.

All Josh wants to do is "holdie baby."  Here he plopped down in between Grandma and Papa so he could do just that!

Derek also likes to get in on the action.

Benji headed back to doctor's office for his two week check-up.  He's growing well and has gained 2 lbs (he lost over a pound when he left the hospital, so we were relieved to hear he has gained so much).

After Benji's check-up, Mommy headed over to school to pick up the rest of the Barbag Boys.  Then they arrived home and played the afternoon away.

Benji goes through many wardrobe changes -- he seems to spit up ALL the time and EVERYWHERE!

MISSING: Mommy's glasses....still.  It has now been a couple of weeks and Mommy cannot locate the glasses that were sitting on her nightstand.

We suspect this is the culprit.  If found, please do not approach as he could be armed with a smile and dangerously good looks.

Bubby and Zaide decided to pick up Derek and Josh and head to the local pumpkin patch in preparation for this year's Halloween.  Unfortuantely, it was so busy they were not allowing any more people in....so they headed to the next best place for a pumpkin - Walmart!

Since the boys couldn't get Bedner's Ice Cream, B & Z took them for ice cream elsewhere!

As if the day wasn't enjoyable and special enough, when the boys arrived home, Aunt Susie headed over to help bake special colors cupcakes!
