It is almost time to enjoy the relaxing, fun start of summer. But, first we must prepare!

After Derek got his haircut, Mommy took him to the playground!
Then it was off to Costco for a family outing:

Of course, in order to prepare for summer, one must CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!

All that cleaning is enough to wear anyone out!
Of course, nothing says get ready for summer like finishing up the school year! Mom went to Prom, again...she just can't seem to get out of high school! Meanwhile, the boys did some "work" in the back yard.

But, he certainly has a range of emotions --- poor guy, toddler life is tough!
The next morning....
Derek builds the construction site of the new playground they're working on at his school!

Of course, another way to get ready for summer is to help Papa clean his pool!

But, if you're going to clean a pool, you might as well go swimming after (even if it's not the pool you cleaned)! (And to prepare for the upcoming Cruise)!!!
Guess we need to add sunglasses to the pack list!
