Time to batten down the hatches and wait out Hurricane Irma!

No rest for the weary.

One last dip before the storm approaches!

All cleaned up and ready for whatever comes our way!

Riding out the storm at Grandma and Papa's -- since we don't have shutters all across our house!

The sleeping arrangements (we lost power pretty early on, so it was hot).

But we finally got them to sleep!

Bauby rode out the storm in Boca Regional Hospital while Zaidy stayed at his place --- even though he was supposed to stay at Bubby and Zaide's house!

We have an additional visitor
until power goes back in his building.

The good news?  We found out we're on the same power grid as West Boca Hospital --- so we get our power back almost instantly when it does go out!

Since Grandma and Papa don't have the same luxury (and since the Bobek's are coming in from out of town)....we have a few extra guests!  (And a TON of frozen/defrosted made food).  Stop by for a schmorgesborg of food options.
