Passover (the Experience, and the Seders)!

April has been busy, but fun...here are some odds and ends to finish out the month.  Of course, we cannot forget all of our Pesach celebrations, too!

Derek finishes his Legos Spaceship!

The boys receive Star Wars backpacks (with capes!).
Thanks Aunt Sandy and Uncle Sam.

The boys decide to accompany Mommy with her exercises.

Benji grabs on for balance during some yoga.

Enjoying their new hats -- thanks, Grandma!

Strolling through the 'hood.

Swinging at the park.

The boys found a bright, green iguana!

Who tucks their shirt into their underwear by accident?  Meeeeeeeeeee!

So tiring -- but the day is not over, yet!

Helping Aunt Susie celebrate her birthday!

Nothing like a snuggle with the hand.

Post celebration.

Daddy's got bedtime covered --- 3 for 1!

Well, we thought he had it covered.

Derek's Passover Experience....

Derek & Aaron are ready for the day!

Derek journals about Passover.

Aaron, Isaac, and Derek role play with puppets.

....and sugar cubes....

...and blocks!

Enjoying his Matzah and Cream Cheese.
Sharing the wall with the Egyptians.

Josh also had a busy time at school, learning about Passover.

Learning with Miss Andie.

Back at home....

Always excited to have Daddy come home.

Benji enjoys having Safta in town.

Josh, Benji, & Derek

Uncle Alex and Derek give reclining a whole new meaning.

Back at home, acting like goofballs.

Always wrestling.

The toughest of them all!
For Seder #2 down in Hollywood, we had so many special guests -- Israel, the Wilens (all of them), Dana, and more!

Impressive, Bubby!

Always begin with the end in mind -- Dessert!

Plague mask -- locust.

Plague mask -- lice.

One of three tables!

Mid-meal relaxation.

Aunt Susie, Josh, and Diane.

Crowded and FUN!

Ready to begin.

Prizes for searching for the afikoman.

Maya loves cousin Derek.

These two --- too cute!

Puppy love.

Okay, Daddy, we're ready for one of our own.

Silliness with Aunt Shana.

Too much sugar?

No, Uncle Brian, no tickling.

The goofy-boys.

Warn out!

Even, the next morning --- the masks were still fun!

Back at home --- these fellas.

Derek and Josh may be on spring break, but Mommy wasn't --- so, it was the perfect time for Derek to shadow at his new school for next year.

This kid has NEVER had to be woken up by an alarm --- he's always up before.

Not this morning --- though start.
Dressed, but still sleeping?

Once he got to school, he woke up and had a wonderful day!

Miss Jackie Fagan walked Derek over to Mommy's
side of the school and he shared all about his day!
Spring break for most, means fun visits for us!  Mommy's college roomie, Erin, and her son, Sebastian, came for a visit!

Fun with the boys.

Benji is excited to be taller than someone!

Art time with friends.

Another year of celebrating Pesach and a good time was had by all!
